Welcome to vcity333. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vcity333 ("the Platform", "we", "usour"), governing your access to and use of the vcity333 website atvcity333.cam, including all associated products, services, games, and features accessible thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and irevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Platform"	The vcity333 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at vcity333.cam.
"Player" / "User"	Any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is eligible to access the services offered therein.
"Account"	The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access games, manage funds, and receive promotional benefits.
"Real Money Balance"	Funds deposited by a Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and held in the Player's account wallet for wagering purposes.
"Bonus Balance"	Promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer verification — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or associated winings may be withdrawn.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which Players are bared from using the Platform, as updated and communicated by vcity333 from time to time.

To register and maintain an active account on vcity333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement and is non-negotiable. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts suspended and all winings forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by vcity333 from time to time.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of vcity333 or any associated entity.
• You are not acting in any capacity as agent, consultant, or contractor of vcity333 in relation to the services you seek to use.
• You are not suffering from a gambling disorder or currently subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order from any gambling platform.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by any individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number. You agree to notify vcity333 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at vcity333's sole discretion, you may be required to submit the following KYC documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of current residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); and
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of Maybank / CIMB / Touch'n Go eWallet account matching registered details).

vcity333 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Provision of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be referred to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

All transactions on vcity333 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance subject to successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. vcity333 does not accept cash deposits or bank cheques under any circumstances.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by vcity333. Most withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are completed within three (3) minutes of approval; processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary depending on network congestion.

Anti-Money Laundering: vcity333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Where transactions trigger AML thresholds, vcity333 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay processing, or report the transaction to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Winings derived from fraudulent activity are void and will be recovered.

vcity333 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, loyalty tier rewards, migration bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the point of claiming the relevant offer.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each specific promotion will be stated at the point of offer.

Bonus Abuse: vcity333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once; systematically betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit; using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics; and any other conduct that undermines the legitimate purpose of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, vcity333 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus or deposit bonus at any given time.
• vcity333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding promotional terms, vcity333's interpretation shall be final and binding.

All games offered on the vcity333 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of that game only.

Random Number Generation (RNG): All slot and instant-win game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited Random Number Generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, and UFC events, are subject to standard industry settlement rules. vcity333 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds is identifiable, where a game or event is cancelled, or where evidenced match-fixing has occurred.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game or betting outcomes, the affected round or bet shall be declared void and the corresponding wager refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. No winings shall be paid in respect of a round affected by a confirmed malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not expressly authorised by vcity333 to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unintended winings;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention method;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or discriminatory conduct toward Platform staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

By vcity333: The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement; or at the Platform's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to its policies or obligations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's funds will be held securely and, if the investigation concludes without substantiated breach, returned in full. Where a breach is substantiated, vcity333 reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct prior to releasing any remaining legitimate balance.

By the Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting vcity333 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any void bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Account closure requests submitted under responsible gambling grounds (self-exclusion) are processed as priority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcity333 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, or revenue resulting from any system error, third-party payment provider delay, or internet connectivity failure;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services for maintenance, technical upgrades, or regulatory reasons;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information contained on the Platform that has not been verified or independently confirmed.

vcity333's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the vcity333 Platform — including but not limited to the vcity333 name, logo, domain name, software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vcity333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from vcity333.

vcity333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, and where applicable, regulatory compliance and AML obligations. vcity333 does not sell your personal data to third parties. vcity333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you believe that your gambling has become a problem, you may self-exclude from the Platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours. Self-excluded Players may not re-register during the agreed exclusion period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vcity333's operating licence and jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
